Marietta’s Christmas Tree Lighting & Santa on the Square
December 1, 2022 | 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
The fun begins at 4 p.m. with fantastic performances and Santa letter writing stations throughout the night. The ugly sweater walking parade will begin at 4:45 p.m., followed by Santa’s arrival at 5:15 p.m. The tree lighting ceremony will begin at 6 p.m. with a special Festival of Trees announcement right after.
Santa's Arrival | Historic Downtown Acworth
December 2, 2022 | 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Festivities will begin at 5:30 p.m. and Santa is scheduled to arrive at 6:30 p.m. There will be a host of live performances and activities until 8:30 p.m. to help Santa kickoff the holiday season. Bring the entire family to hear Mayor Tommy Allegood read The Night Before Christmas and watch the lighting of the tree on the Plaza behind Henry's. Enjoy pictures with Mr. Claus, eating candy canes with all his elves, and filling the streets with the holiday spirit. Pictures with Santa are free each year and begin at 6:45 p.m. There will not be a photographer onsite, so please plan on bringing your camera to capture the special moment.

Christmas Parade & Tree Lighting | Powder Springs

After their break last year, Powder Springs excited to bring the Christmas Parade back for everyone to enjoy! Enjoy the parade as they line Marietta Street to cheer this sparkly and shiny parade as it passes. Be sure to watch for Santa!
Then head down to Thurman Springs Park, Home of the Hardy Family Automotive Amphitheater to see the beautiful Christmas Tree come to life while you enjoy complimentary cocoa , cookies, and photos with Santa!
City of Kennesaw’s A Day With Santa | Downtown Kennesaw
December 3, 2022
Santa’s arrival begins at 8:00 AM with breakfast at the community center, followed by a second seating at 10:00 AM.
Next at 2:00 PM, you can catch him in a Main Street parade featuring marching bands, decorated floats, vintage cars, and colorfully-costumed characters.
The celebration continues from 3:00 PM 7:00 PM with a holiday host of activities including inflatables and amusements, kid’s crafts, visits with Santa and stage entertainment. The lighting of the tree will occur at 6:00 PM.
Winter at the Market | Still Family Farm

Join us for our second annual outdoor Winter at the Market on December 3rd AND 4th – that’s right, a two-day event this year! Get some holiday shopping done with gifts and handmade items created by local vendors and crafters. Admission and parking are both free. We’ll also have-Pictures with Santa.

Free horse and carriage rides will be available on Saturday, December 10 at City Hall on Center Street.

Holiday Lights of Hope | Woodstock
The annual event at Hobgood Park in Woodstock, GA features a huge walk-through Christmas light display with more than 2,000,000 lights, concessions, Santa and so much more! It’s the New Christmas Tradition for kids of ALL ages!
-Santa is there nightly from open to close. You are welcome to take pictures with your own phone/camera.
