Use the Bank of America Museums on Us Location Finder tool to search for participating cultural institutions. With more than 225 Museums on Us partners in cities across the United States, there is an option for everyone. Atlanta History Center: Pink Pig For generations of Atlantans, a ride on the Pink Pig at Rich's Department Store was an important part of ringing in the holiday season. Known as Percival and Priscilla, the pigs journeyed around the iconic department store from 1953 to 1991, when Rich's downtown store closed. The original Percival and Priscilla cars will be on display in Atlanta History Center's Allen Atrium throughout the holiday season. National Center for Civil and Human Rights: In January 2025, the National Center for Civil and Human Rights will temporarily close for an exciting expansion that will transform the space and offerings for visitors of all ages —take advantage of free admission with Museums on Us and visit before the closure! With this growth, they are furthering the founders' vision to inspire the next generation of changemakers. Their team looks forward to reopening with new ways to engage, educate, and connect visitors – including the new family gallery and cafe. High Museum of Art: Family Saturday Family Saturdays incorporate arts programming for everyone. Friends and families of any age can experiment, play, and make art in studio workshops and learn about art on view through gallery tours. Whether you’re joining Toddler Saturday, Studio Sessions, or Teen Art Afternoon, there is something for everyone, every month, at the High. Tellus Science Museum: Fury: The Power of Nature Earth’s dynamic surface has created a varied and beautiful landscape, but it also creates disasters that harm human life and livelihood. These disasters challenge scientists to discover why they occur and how to predict them. In this exhibit, you will learn about hurricanes and volcanoes, make a tornado, create an earthquake, and see a tsunami in action. You will also learn about how to prepare to keep your family safe in the face of disaster. See it in The Vault beginning on December 7, 2024, through January 4, 2026.
