Description
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW TO SURVIVE GHOST TRAIN:
TIMES: Ghost Train runs every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night between 5 October and 28 October. The train leaves every 20 minutes (3 trains per hour.) Gates open at 5:00. First train departs at 6:00. Each trip takes approximately 20 minutes including loading and unloading.
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. The train is on a set schedule and must depart on time. Staff cannot guarantee that you will be allowed to board the train if you miss your scheduled departure time.
Food vendor opens at 5:00 and is onsite until close each night. They will be offering a selection of basic food items and special delicious treats all during Ghost Train. Make sure to try their handcrafted, homemade ice cream!
SAFETY: All riders must follow the instructions of Staff at all times. Remain seated while the train is in motion. Do not touch the actors!
Cost
All train tickets are $13 (+tx.) No one is allowed to board the train without a paper ticket. Make sure to check in at the ticket booth to receive your paper tickets. RESERVATIONS: Reservations are not required but Staff cannot guarantee any specific seat on any specific train at any specific time without an advanced reservation. Once the ticketed passengers have boarded then the remaining seats are opened for purchase.
CANCELLATIONS: The train cannot operate in the rain. If there is a weather related cancellation your ticket will be automatically refunded. You do not need to contact the Museum for your refund – it is AUTOMATIC.
REFUNDS: You must be on time for your train. Refunds are not issued if you miss your train’s departure time. Refunds are not issued because someone was frightened and did not board the train.
