Donations Requested

By Stephanie Freeman, Editor & Publisher June 6, 2023

At Macaroni KID Dallas-Hiram-Acworth, helping kids is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that every child deserves a great education and the tools they need to succeed. That's why we are excited to let you know about a great opportunity to give back.  Community Partners, Optimist Club, Kennesaw Family Life Church, and Credit Union of Georgia are collecting school supplies for local families leading into the next school year. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of children in our community.

Back 2 School Jam:

A Community Initiative As the summer season approaches, our focus shifts towards ensuring that local children are prepared for the upcoming school year. To kickstart efforts, they we are hosting a Back 2 School Jam—an initiative aimed at gathering essential school supplies for families in need.

Donation Bins: Convenient Drop-off Locations

Throughout the month of June, they have set up donation bins in two easily accessible locations: the Kennesaw Recreation Center and the Ben Robertson Community Center lobbies. Additionally, all Credit Union of Georgia branches across Cobb County will have designated collection points. These locations have been strategically chosen to make it convenient for everyone in the community to participate in this noble cause.
