Happy and Healthy – What’s More Important Than That?
Well…nothing! For kids, for adults, for families, being as healthy and happy as possible is a goal that we all share. The two qualities are linked and invaluable – and, sometimes, elusive.
The path to health and happiness is a very personal journey, and there are approaches to achieving these that are too numerous to count. Exploring all the many methods and ideas for increasing health and happiness has been a lifelong focus for one Paulding County based Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified Coach. Cindy Baker of Baker Boundless Potential, LLC has decades of experience with guiding people toward living at their fullest potential.
Her passion for promoting healthy, happy living to residents of Paulding, Douglas, and West Cobb counties has led her to sponsor an Abundant Living Expo this March at the Civic Center in downtown Dallas, Georgia. The Expo presents the opportunity to meet local professionals who specialize in nourishing our physical, emotional, spiritual, and environmental health. It is a family friendly event that features designers and organizers, healing practitioners, jewelry makers, massage therapists, herbs, craftsman, authors, advisors, and more! It will also feature drawings/prizes, and a snack bar.
Cindy’s goal for the family friendly event is to help people on the west side (Dallas, Hiram, Acworth, Powder Springs, Douglasville) to connect with positive resources for healthy, happy living. Making the Expo engaging and fun for kids is also a major focus. A Kid’s Corner includes fun activities like face painting and storytelling, and children 12 and under are admitted free of charge (entrance for adults and kids over 12 is $5 if purchased online, or $7 at the door).
